World Heart Day

World Heart Day is a campaign to spread awareness about heart disease, which occurs on 29 September.

There are several steps to take care of your heart health
1.Eat a heart-healthy diet.
2.Increase regular physical activity.
3.If overweight, lose weight.
4.Don’t use tobacco.
5.Avoid the use of alcohol consumption.
6.Have your blood pressure and blood sugar checked regularly and keep them under control.
7.Take only prescribed medicine after consulting a doctor first.

Spread awareness of these 7 steps to improve cardiovascular health and reduce health inequities.
