Are you happy? If the question is put forth on us, what could be our answer? Each of us will say one answer right, but are we really happy in our life? If we look deeper in to our self, our answer could be NO, I AM NOT HAPPY, this is because we are discontented with self and others, anxiety, frustration and lack of forgiveness…some times it’s very hard to forgive others but when we forgive, we will be healthy and lead a happy life. So forgiving self and others is very important in our life.
Self-forgiveness is an important aspect of one’s ability to forgive others, in the same way as self-compassion is crucial to one’s predisposition to be compassionate towards other human beings.
Being kind to our self and forgiving of our own shortcomings can give us much needed perspective on suffering and imperfections of others.
