Cutting salt in diet reduce frequency of urination and Nocturia

Many studies had found that high salt consumption causes more frequency of urination and Nocturia. Although it seems a simple problem, the lack of sleep can leads to stress, irritability and tiredness, which make negative impact on quality of life.
Simply dietary modification might significantly improve the quality of life.
So think, where do you want to spend more of your night in Bedroom or Bathroom?
Note: Adult is advised should eat salt no more than 5 to 6 gram per day-that´s around 1 teaspoon.
Nocturia- is an increased urge to urinate at night.
